IPCOR — Irish Prostate Cancer Outcomes Research

A nation-wide clinical outcomes registry. Built the digital infrastructure for data capture and analysis to improve patient care and support health policy across Ireland.

Prostate Check (PRAISE-U) — UCD & Movember

Architected a clinical trial platform for UCD and Movember. Integrated WordPress with REDCap via PHPCap SDK, featuring a secure Medical Practitioner Portal for clinical findings and real-time risk stratification using the ERSPC decision support system.

PowerMeals

Architected the end-to-end subscription engine and logistics framework for a high-traffic meal delivery platform. Engineered complex onboarding wizards, a viral referral/loyalty ecosystem, and a complete overhaul of the automated trial box scheduling system using Lua and Tarantool.

Downtown Disco

Co-founded and scaled this award-winning events brand (Best Event 2022 & 2023) dedicated to Modern Disco and House. Built the entire digital platform and grew a highly engaged community of over 8,500 active members, with mixes reaching 60k+ plays on SoundCloud.

Admiral Insurance

Architected a high-performance interactive 3D globe using Pixi.js to visualize global medical treatment costs. Implemented a unique 'layered data' storytelling approach, dynamically syncing the 3D globe with detailed UI panels to transition from situational narratives (e.g., ski accidents) to granular procedural and repatriation costs, leading to a significant increase in quote requests.

Primark

I built several high-performance digital lookbooks. Implemented robust multi-language support (WPML) to serve localized content to Primark's global customer base across Europe and the US.

I was in charge of keeping about 100 client websites running smoothly and securely.

•Managed high-level hosting infrastructure and security for ~100 client websites.
•Acted as the primary technical lead in client meetings, translating complex business requirements into clear technical roadmaps.
•Cleaned up and secured over 50 hacked legacy sites.
•Built a solid, easy-to-use WordPress framework for the team.
